TX Business Parks was founded in 2016 by three childhood friends—Michael Carter, Michael Violi, and Richard Townsley—with a shared vision to develop practical, high-quality industrial flex space for growing businesses in North Texas.

Since its founding, the company has developed, sold, and leased more than 500,000 square feet of office/warehouse and industrial flex space across the region.

TX Business Parks focuses on delivering affordable, functional workspace solutions for small and mid-sized businesses while maintaining a strong commitment to responsive management and high-quality service for both current and future tenants and owners.
